Return Eligibility

• You may return a product within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Email us at contact@autoacrepairus.com to request a return authorization.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
3. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions and shipping address.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours. For exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order once your return is accepted.
